At the recent (April 26 2010) Ontario Cheese Society conference we were able to taste David Wood’s latest creation. Modeled after the very popular Salt Spring Island goat’s milk gourmet cheese packets the new LEMON Chevre Galakto is destined to be a big hit. The unique combination of Lemon and creamy goat’s milk cheese is tart and creamy, refreshing and a sensorial delight. Not yet available for distribution in Ontario, we were able to obtain a very limited supply of these new and unique Lemon Chevre Galakto (Greek for milk) if all goes well we hope to be able to have larger supply in June or July 2010.
